There were NBL1 West wins for the Perth Redbacks, Eastern Suns, Warwick Senators, Mandurah Magic, Perry Lakes Hawks, Rockingham Flames, Joondalup Wolves and Cockburn Cougars.

Kim Pierre-Louis put up 54 and 16 rebounds with Joondalup Wolves splitting their NBL1 West double while Cockburn Cougars avoid back-to-back losses, Rockingham Flames made it eight in-a-row and Warwick Senators kept winning despite losing Jayda Clark.

FRIDAY
Perth Redbacks (128) defeated South West Slammers (79)
Sam Ashby and Patty Brossmann combined for 63 points, 19 rebounds, 16 assists and 12 steals to lead the Perth Redbacks to the thumping 128-79 home win against the South West Slammers.
The Redbacks played host to the Slammers at Belmont Oasis with both teams looking for bounce back performances and on their home floor, Perth came out firing.
The Redbacks put up 33 points to 24 in the first quarter before another 36 to 18 in the second on the way to the 69-32 half-time advantage.
That lead continued to grow and got out to 41 points in the third quarter and 57 in the fourth before they secured the eventual 49-point victory.
The win improves the Redbacks to a 3-8 record to stay in the playoff hunt with Sam Ashby continuing her standout season where she's emerging as a genuine star of the league and WNBL prospect with 32 points, 11 assists, five rebounds and five steals.
Patty Brossmann also delivered 31 points, 14 rebounds, seven steals, five assists and two blocks.
Olivia Berry added 14 points and four steals, Sophie Doran 12 points, eight assists, four rebounds and two steals, Ashlyn Lee nine points and three rebounds, Shenae Hartree eight points, three boards, two assists and two steals, and the returning Alaska Rhebok eight points and four assists.
The Slammers are now 3-9 having lost three straight with Marshaun Bostic producing 25 points, six assists and four rebounds.
Bri Bailey also had 21 points, four rebounds and two assists, Melanie Hoyt 12 points and six boards, and Hana Lacey-Rameka eight points, three rebounds and two assists.
East Perth Eagles (80) lost to Kalamunda Eastern Suns (82)
The Kalamunda Eastern Suns scored their best win of the season and put them right back in the playoff hunt even if it was against an East Perth Eagles missing Stacey Barr with the 82-80 overtime win.
The Eagles were back home at Morley Sport and Recreation Centre where they were undefeated so far in 2026 but came into the match up with the Suns minus key trio Barr, McKenna Dale and Jo Odude.
The Suns arrived on the hunt for a fourth win of the season and started encouragingly with 21 points to 16 in the first qurater.
Kalamunda then built a double figure lead in the second term and went into half-time on top 43-32 and with the Eagles with plenty of work to do to stay undefeated at home in 2026.
The Eastern Suns were still leading 59-50 by three quarter-time and then were up by as much as 15 early in the fourth before the Eagles fired back and even hit the front thanks to a pair of free throws from Sydney Wright in the last 10 seconds.
But Yumi Knoll scored going to the basket out of a timeout for the Suns to send the game to overtime, and in the extra period eventually it was a no-call despite appearing to be plenty of contact up one end on Wright, and free throws from Knoll and Gaby Bronson to seal the two-point win for the Suns.
The win improves Kalamunda to a 4-8 record on the season with Gaby Bronson finishing with 17 points, four rebounds and four assists with Trista Hull contributing 16 points, nine boards, four blocks and two assists.
Yume Knoll added 15 points and five assists, Denae Civich 11 points, three assists and three steals, and Alyssa Bowen 10 points, nine rebounds, three assists and three steals.
East Perth have now lost at home for the first time this season to be 9-3 overall with Sarah Mortensen finishing with 24 points, 13 rebounds and four assists.
Sydney Wright added 17 points, eight rebounds and four assists, Brooke Malone 16 points, seven boards, three assists and two blocks, Jade Williams eight points, seven rebounds, three assists and three blocks, and Aleka Kabugua eight points and three boards.
Joondalup Wolves (59) lost to Warwick Senators (78)
The Warwick Senators were able to overcome what looked a serious knee injury early to Jayda Clark to produce a dominant road performance to beat the Joondalup Wolves 78-59.
The Wolfpack were back home at Arena Joondalup on a high having beaten the Cockburn Cougars last Friday night hosting a Senators team who is the only other side to beat the reigning champions so far in 2026.
But it was Warwick in control of the Battle of Joondalup contest right from the outset even with Clark appearing to injure her knee midway through the first quarter. Given her history with those type of injuries, it was naturally a shock to her and the team.
The Senators still managed to remain in control on the way the 19-point victory to improve to a 9-4 record with consecutive wins while the Wolves continue to struggle for consistency to now be 4-9.
There were plenty of contributors in the win for Warwick even after losing Clark in the opening quarter with Chloe Forster again top scoring with 16 points, eight rebounds and three assists.
Kyana Weir added 15 points, four rebounds and two assists, Greta Kampschroeder 13 points, five boards and two assists, Mackenzie Clinch Hoycard 11 points, seven rebounds and four assists, and Kiara Waite nine points and three boards.
Kim Pierre-Louis and Asianae Johnson did have solid outings for the Wolfpack, but the rest of their team had just 18 points on 7/33 shooting from the field which includes Perth Lynx's WNBL import Yemiyah Morris from last season who had just seven points, nine rebounds and three blocks four shot attempts in 28 minutes.
Pierre-Louis did finish with 23 points, four rebounds and two assists while Johnson added 18 points, four boards, three assists and two blocked shots.

SATURDAY
South West Slammers (61) lost to Perry Lakes Hawks (80)
The South West Slammers did manage a seven-point lead in the second quarter at home but the Perry Lakes Hawks took charge in the second half with Bridgette Rettstatt finishing with 21 points and 19 rebounds in the 80-61 victory.
The Slammers returned home to Eaton Recreation Centre attempting to respond to the previous night's 49-point road loss to the Perth Redbacks with the Hawks arriving after beating the Eastern Suns last week.
Perry Lakes did open up an early nine-point advantage but South West were back within three by quarter-time before completing a 10-0 run on the way to leading by as much as seven, and still 39-37 by half-time.
The Hawks took charge from there in the second half including 23 points to 12 in the third term, and 20 to 10 in the last on the way to the 19-point victory to improve to 4-8 to be knocking on the door of the top eight.
Bridgette Rettstatt came up huge for Perry Lakes with 21 points, 19 rebounds, four steals and two assists with Makenna Marisa adding 20 points, six boards, three assists and three steals.
Mila Wawszkowicz also had 16 points, seven rebounds and two assists, Ellie Newman six points, four boards and two steals, and Emilie Beggs six points and three rebounds.
The Slammers have now lost three straight to be 3-9 with Marshaun Bostic top scoring again with 23 points, two assists and two steals.
Melanie Hoyt added 16 points and seven rebounds, Bri Bailey eight points, five boards and three assists, and Hana Lacey-Rameka seven points, 10 rebounds and two assists.
Mandurah Magic (93) defeated Lakeside Lightning (63)
The Mandurah Magic are looming as a genuine threat this season now that their full squad is together with Mikayla Pivec again showing the way in their 93-63 home win against the Lakeside Lightning.
The Magic were back home at Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre after a big win over the South West Slammers while the Lightning were trying to avoid a third straight defeat.
Mandurah came out on fire opening up a 13-point lead by quarter-time but the Lighting did work back into the contest in the second term and the Magic were only on top 48-40 by half-time.
The Magic then held Lakeside to just seven points in the third quarter on the way to leading by 21 themselves, and then going up by 30 at the final buzzer to improve to a 7-5 record.
Mikayla Pivec didn’t quite have another triple double but was outstanding for Mandurah with 19 points, 14 rebounds, nine assists and two steals with 7/9 field goal shooting and 5/7 at the foul line.
Sharn Hayward also had 19 points and three assists with 5/9 three-point shooting, Claire Jacobs 19 points, 12 boards and four steals, and Jade Gowland 14 points and four assists.
Lakeside have now lost three straight but remain in seventh position at 5-7 with Esme Morales finishing with 23 points and two steals with Delanie Crawford adding 20 points, eight boards, four assists and four steals, and Sam Lubcke seven points and 13 rebounds.
Goldfields Giants (77) lost to Cockburn Cougars (87)
The Cockburn Cougars were facing the prospect of consecutive losses for the first time in four years but produced a dominant third quarter to set up the 87-77 win in Kalgoorlie over the Goldfields Giants.
It was the battle of third against fourth at Evolution Mining Stadium on Saturday night with the Cougars attempting to get their championship defence back on track while the Giants were looking to take a big scalp.
The Giants were fresh off beating the Willetton Tigers last Sunday night while the Cougars suffered their second loss of the season last Friday at the hands of the Joondalup Wolves on their home floor.
That set the stage nicely for the Kalgoorlie match up with the Giants managing to be leading by two at half-time before the Cougars took over with 24 points to 13 in the third term to set up the eventual 10-point victory.
The win sees Cockburn improve to 9-2 on the season to return to second place as a result as reigning champs while the loss means the Giants are now 7-4 and slip outside the top four by the end of Round 11.
The Cougars avoided losing consecutive games for the first time since June 2022 with Daniel Raber coming into the starting line-up and producing 18 points, 10 rebounds, six assists and three steals on 7/12 shooting.
Cierra Walker also had 18 points, four rebounds and three assists, Jessie Edwards 14 points, eight boards and three blocked shots, Jewel Williams 14 points, 11 assists and four rebounds, Darcee Garbin 11 points and five boards, and Jaya Scafidi eight points and eight rebounds.
In a bid to try and knock off the Cougars, Giants coach Jaymi Worthington shortened her rotation and went with just the six players with each of them playing at least 21 minutes and all five starters 30-plus including Delaynie Byrne every second, and Sierra Moore all but 43 seconds.
Byrne finished the night with 23 points, 16 rebounds, three steals and two assists with 4/11 three-point shooting while Moore had 22 points, 12 boards and three assists.
Lexi Pana also ended up with 11 points, five rebounds, three assists and two steals, 240-game veteran Rachel Pettit 10 points, seven rebounds and two assists, Chloe Zorzi five points and four boards, and Hazelle Yam four points, eight assists and three rebounds.
Rockingham Flames (79) defeated East Perth Eagles (67)
The East Perth Eagles fought valiantly down three key players and coming off an overtime game the night before but the Rockingham Flames kept their winning run going with the 79-67 home win.
The Flames were back home at Mike Barnett Sports Complex on a seven-game winning run and in top spot ahead of taking on an Eagles team who came into the round in second place.
But East Perth did lose in overtime the previous night to the Eastern Suns without Stacey Barr, McKenna Dale and Jo Odude, and were again without that trio against the Flames on Saturday night.
It was a tight battle in the first quarter with Rockingham leading 18-17 at quarter-time but the Eagles then opened up a seven-point advantage in the second frame and were still leading 39-37 by half-time.
The Flames took control in the third period with 15 points to eight before another 27 to 20 in the fourth on the way to the 12-point win to make it eight in-a-row to remain clear in top spot at 11-2.
Sara Puckett top scored once more with 19 points and seven rebounds with 5/10 three-point shooting while Lesila Finau added 14 points, seven boards, three steals, two assists and two blocks, Stef Berberabe 14 points, seven assists, four steals and three rebounds, and Teige Morrell 14 points and nine rebounds.
It's consecutive losses for the first time this season for the Eagles who are now 9-4 with Sarah Mortensen producing another 21 points, 12 rebounds and three assists with Jade Williams adding 21 points, four boards and two assists.
Brooke Malone also ended up with eight points, 10 rebounds and six assists, Aleka Kabugua six points, two boards and two steals, and Zaya Black six points, five rebounds, four assists and three steals.
Kalamunda Eastern Suns (82) lost to Joondalup Wolves (94)
The Joondalup Wolves delivered a huge fourth quarter to come from behind and beat the Eastern Suns 94-82 to avoid a double loss weekend on the back of beating the Cockburn Cougars last week.
Both teams came into the Saturday match up after playing the night before with the Suns beating the East Perth Eagles in overtime while the Wolves went down to the Warwick Senators.
Joondalup did have the better of the start with a six-point edge in the first quarter and to still be up 25-23 by quarter-time before Kalamunda had a strong second term.
The home team had 21 points to 15 on the way to the 44-40 lead by half-time and then they were up by as much as 10 in the third period, but it was just a one-point advantage by three quarter-time.
It was then all the Wolfpack in the final term with 32 points to 19 on the way to the 12-point victory to improve to 5-9 on the season to remain in eighth place.
Kim Pierre-Louis had another big showing for the Wolves with 31 points, 12 rebounds and three assists with 10/18 shooting from the floor and 11/12 at the free-throw line.
Asianae Johnson also had 14 points and six assists, Ella Thornton-Elliott 14 points and five assists, Awatea Leach 12 points, four rebounds and four assists, and Yemiyah Morris 10 points, seven boards and six blocked shots.
The Eastern Suns couldn’t quite made it a double win weekend against teams above them to now be 4-9 with Gaby Bronson finishing with another 27 points, 10 rebounds and five assists with 10/16 field goal shooting and going 5/5 at the charity stripe.
Alyssa Bowen added 13 points, nine rebounds, two assists and two steals, Trista Hull 13 points, nine boards and two assists, and Emma Strelein 12 points, three rebounds and two assists.
