Thursday: (Men’s NBL1 South) Sandringham Sabres vs Frankston Blues
The Battle of the Bay will be a cracking match of NBL talent as the Sabres’ David Okwera, David Barlow, Dane Pineau and Ben Ayre will face off against Frankston’s Lachie Barker and Brad Newly.
Melbourne United fans will be tuning in with a large part of their core from last season playing in this match.
“CG (Chris Goulding) is already gassing it up a little bit, he’s pretty keen for it,” Newley said earlier this year.
“It should be a good match-up with the Melbourne connection, I’m sure there will be plenty of crap spoken in the lead-up to it”.
The first game of the double-header will feature the likes of the Sabres’ Funda Nakkasolgu and Brittany Smart against Frankston’s key signing Lou Brown.
The games will be streaming via NBL1.com.au or the NBL1 App with the women's from 6:00 pm AEST here and the men’s from 8:00 pm here.
Friday: (Women’s NBL1 Central) West Adelaide Bearcats vs South Adelaide Panthers
The reigning NBL1 Central champions will take on the South Adelaide Panthers in a Good Friday clash Live & Free on Kayo Freebies.
The Panthers star, Ashleigh ‘Splash’ Spencer has a tough challenge ahead as the Bearcats are coming off a 24-point win against the Norwood Flames, where Sky Langenbrinck had 20 points in the win.
While Spencer, Holly Forbes and the Panthers are a dangerous team in transition.
So if Bearcats' point guard and engine, Jasmin Fejo can control the tempo, the Bearcats will be able to withstand South Adelaide at home.
Watch the game Live & Free from 4:00 pm ACST on Kayo Freebies here.
Saturday: (Men’s NBL1 West) Geraldton Buccaneers vs Perth Redbacks
The Buccaneers are making the 1,180-kilometre trip to the top of Western Australia in Karratha for an Easter special against the Perth Redbacks.
The runners-up from last season have added Sydney Kings development player Zac Gattorna and are coming off a 61-point win over the South West Slammers.
