Entries are now open for the NBL1 South 2026 Photo of the Year Award, celebrating the best photography from across the 2026 NBL1 South season.

Following last year's photo competition, NBL1 South is once again inviting photographers to submit their best work for the chance to be recognised for their contribution to capturing the competition.

Photographers can enter up to three photos taken during the 2026 NBL1 South season, showcasing the passion, emotion and energy of the league.

From game-winning moments and championship celebrations to the atmosphere in the stands and behind-the-scenes moments, the award aims to recognise the images that best tell the story of the season.

The NBL1 South 2026 Photo of the Year will be determined by a panel of Basketball Victoria staff, who will review and vote on the submitted entries to select the winning photograph.

The winning photographer will receive a prize, with their photograph also featured across NBL1 South's digital channels.

Entries close on Friday 27 November 2026, with the winner to be announced on Friday 4 December 2026.

Photographers who captured the 2026 season are encouraged to enter and put forward their best images for consideration.
