Olbrich featured in two games for the Tigers and averaged 12 points as well as three rebounds.
Gattorna had a stellar season for the Redbacks, averaging 18 points, 6.5 boards and 2.6 dimes over 21 games.
Adelaide 36ers GM of Basketball, Jeff Van Groningen noted the strong development of Olbrich and welcomed him to the Club.
"Lachy’s a player who has caught our attention for the last year or two and we’ve been impressed by his path and by strong feedback from Marty (Clarke) and the staff at the COE," he said.
"We welcome Lachy as an emerging SA talent and congratulate him on securing this DP contract."
Head Coach, CJ Bruton added: "I’m super excited to have one of South Australia's elite young juniors joining us.
"Lachy has shown great strides in his development over the last few years and I'm looking forward to helping him continue his growth with us."
Speaking about Gattorna, Van Groningen said his work ethic was one of his most impressive attributes.
"Zac is a young man who has been a constant at our pre-seasons for the past few years," he said.
"He is rarely beaten for passion and work ethic and his emerging skill-set is now catching up with his intensity for the game.
"We welcome Zac to the Club."
Bruton added: "Gattorna has a very high-level motor, with good size and strength.
"He has the ability to play multiple positions and can really stretch the floor.
"His story is unique as is his drive to get better every day.
"He's always putting in the extra work and doing it at game pace which stands out when he's on the floor."
