Friday: (Women’s NBL1 West) Perth Redbacks vs East Perth Eagles

The Redbacks have backslid since their first win in Round 5, but after a 50-point loss to the Rockingham Flames last week, they’ll be looking to respond on Friday night against the East Perth Eagles.

Since their first win, they’ve added WNBL star Lauren Scherf. In two games she’s averaged 11 points so far and is slowly getting her groove in NBL1 West.

The Redbacks will host Madison Torresin’s Eagles on Friday night. The 4-7 Eagles have been a competitive team led by Torresin – who averages 17.9 points per game.

Saturday: (Men’s NBL1 North) Ipswich Force vs Logan Thunder

The third on the ladder Ipswich Force will host the top-of-the-ladder Logan Thunder in a blockbuster Saturday night clash.

NBL championship teammates Jaylin Galloway and Shaun Bruce will go head-to-head while Ipswich’s Nathan Sobey will try to outscore a leading MVP candidate Majok Deng for the Logan Thunder.

A must-watch game for any NBL fan, Australian basketball fanatic and NBL1 North viewer. Watch the game from 7:00pm AEST, live via NBL1.com.au or the NBL1 App here.

Sunday: (NBL1 South) Ringwood Hawks vs Bendigo Braves

An absolutely cracking NBL1 South Grand Final will hopefully produce a classic re-match in Round 8 as the Ringwood Hawks will host the Braves in a prime-time Sunday afternoon match-up.

NBL1 South Finals MVP Marena Whittle may miss the game with 3x3 national team duties, but the Hawks are loaded with talent including the addition of Ariel Jones, who averages close to 20 points per game for the reigning champions.

The 10-0 Bendigo Braves are stacked. Megan McKay, Amy Atwell, Kelly Wilson and Cassidy McLean round out this undefeated team going into this re-match on Sunday.
