Round 7 of NBL23 is over and it was another week of fantastic hoops. Check out how some of the NBL1 stars went below. 

Will Hickey has one of his best NBL games

Will Hickey was outstanding against the defending champions on Sunday. He had nine points, eight rebounds and three steals off the bench. 

Hickey played with the Casey Cavaliers this past NBL1 season, as one of the young stars in the competition he averaged 20 points on a competitive squad. 

Post-game, head coach Jacob Jackomas said they have a lot to work on but guys like Hickey are stepping up. 

"If there's something to talk about it is Davo (Hickey). He's been at a couple of clubs, he's had a good game [against Sydney]. Lachie [Dent's] been good, Mud (Alex Mudronja) is coming as well.

"With some of the stuff we're getting I'm very proud of the whole group, staff and players.

"We'll celebrate them for a second, but there's been a lot of guys in their position that have done well on teams that just can't get it done in the wins and losses column.

"They should feel good about themselves right now, but they're trying to be NBL players and that involves winning."

Kyrin Galloway makes an impact 

Mackay Meteors star Kyrin Galloway had a great game against the second-on-the-ladder Breakers on Sunday. He dropped 13 points, not missing a shot in the close loss. He looked as athletic as he did in North and has made an impact off the bench for the 36ers this season.

Harry Froling throws a highlight dime 

Recently signing with the Ipswich Force, Harry Froling threw an outstanding full-court bomb to teammate Tyrell Harrison. 

The NBL1 South champion has looked great for the Brisbane Bullets and should be able to continue his NBL campaign into the NBL1 North next season.
