NBL Star and Olympian Adam Gibson signs on

Just ahead of a huge double header this weekend, the Knox Raiders have made a splash, signing NBL guard Adam Gibson for NBL1 2021. 

Gibson is fresh off his second season with the South East Melbourne Phoenix, and will look to hit the floor running this weekend against Ballarat on the road and then Hobart at home on Sunday. 

Raiders head coach Dom Linossier can't wait to see the experienced guard on the floor.

"We are thrilled to be able to bolster our exciting young group with the experience of Olympian and Australian Boomer, and NBL 400 gamer Adam Gibson," said Linossier.

"Gibbo is an elite shooter and scorer, who has proven himself on an international stage to be an athlete that guards multiple positions."

Not only will the Raiders add Gibson to the lineup, but Melbourne United starter Mason Peatling will also make his Knox debut, fresh off an NBL Championship.
