Lynx star and NBL1 West MVP Returns

Current Perth Lynx Player Teige Morrell has re-signed with the Lightning.

Teige had a stellar 2024 campaign displaying her presence in the post both offensively & defensively. She consistently showcased her determination & dominance on the boards while finishing every game with an effective shooting percentage and high efficiency rating. Her intensity and will to win was infectious.

Teige’s persistence earned her the 2024 MVP of the NBL1 West Conference, but it is her heart and spirit of selfless giving to her teammates, the Lakeside fans and the community, that make her a true Lakeside Lightning representative. We are so happy that Teige has signed and calls Lakeside home
