Townsville Heat, Central Districts Lions, East Perth Eagles and Perth Redbacks have all farewelled coaches following the commencement of their seasons.
The Heat farewells head coach Rodney Anderson, who held the position since 2015 and won back-to-back championships in 2017-18.
He will now spend some much-deserved time with his family.
The Lions farewell men's coach Matt Atkins, who led the team to within inches of an NBL1 Central finals berth in 2021.
NBL1 West Women's Coach of the Year Blake Srdarev will be departing the East Perth Eagles.
East Perth Managing Director Tim Symons had the following to say about Srdarev's legacy.
"Blake’s entry into the club has been one of alignment, effort and most of all passion to further build on the success of the Eagles," Symons said.
"His efforts both on and off the court has seen countless hours of developing our juniors, coaching our Championship division team and being involved in our high performance programme with our Mens NBL1 Head Coach Luke Coburn - a programme that has seen a very high level of interest, further developing our talented athletes from within our club."
Rivals Perth also lose their women's head coach, with Craig Allen stepping aside from the role.
Allen said it was a privilege to lead the Redbacks women, especially into a finals campaign this season.
"It has been an honour to have been able to lead the Women's program at Perth Redbacks," he said.
"I love coaching and have very much enjoyed my time with this group.
"We have grown and developed a program that has huge potential to continue to grow and become a powerhouse of the NBL1 West competition."
