NBL1 East
Penrith Panthers: Meg Jefferson
Penrith Panthers’ superstar Meg Jefferson top-scored in their 85-65 win over the Hornsby Ku Ring Gai Spiders on Saturday.
Jefferson provided 33 points, 17 rebounds and 2 blocks for the Panthers, a massive double-double to help her team gain a win after suffering four losses in a row.
A well-earned 20-point win saw Jefferson hit open shots in the right place and right time, with her game on Sunday bringing her scoring average to 19.4 points per game.

BA Centre of Excellence: Alex Toohey
CoE’s Alex Toohey was a shooting star in NBL1 East over the weekend. In their 11-point win over the Maitland Mustangs, Toohey recorded 28 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists.
Toohey’s real winner on Saturday night was his shooting accuracy. Toohey shot 72.7 per cent from the field, as he made 8 shots from his 11 attempts.

NBL1 North
South West Metro Pirates: Lulu Twidale
SW Metro Pirates’ guard Lulu Twidale scored this week’s NBL1 North Player of the Week for her 38-point game over the weekend.
The young super shooter was a necessity against the Ipswich Force, with Twidale dominating on the offensive end of the court, resulting in a 97-77 win at home.

Gold Coast Rollers: Jason Cadee
NBL veteran Jason Cadee had every Rollers teammate touching the ball with his tactical playmaking resulting in 14 assists against the Rockhampton Rockets.
Cadee was a standout player in Round 6, with an average stat line of 27 points, 6 rebounds and 10.5 assists.
The Gold Coast Rollers had a 2-0 record on the road with a 101-89 win against the Mackay Meteors and a 111-87 win over the Rockets.
Cadee’s Game 2 stats came to 33 points, 5 rebounds and 14 assists.

NBL1 South
Bendigo Braves: Kelly Wilson
Braves’ guard Kelly Wilson shone for Bendigo in NBL1 South’s Round 5. With a stat line of 11 points, 7 rebounds and a spectacular 19 assists, Wilson took charge of their 34-point win at home.
Wilson’s shooting on Saturday night was close to perfect with an 80% shooting percentage.
Wilson’s assists this weekend has now scored her first place on the assists’ stat ladder with an average of 12 per game.

Waverley Falcons: Dillon Stith
Forward Dillon Stith showcased unstoppable basketball on Sunday against NW Tasmania.
In his 38-minutes, Stith recorded 32 points, 12 rebounds and 3 assists. He dominated the court, working on both ends and stole the game by himself with this fadeaway jumper to win it.

Cockburn Cougars: Stephanie Gorman
Cockburn Cougars’ Steph Gorman hit a double-double this week against the Joondalup Wolves in a thrilling 84-79 win.
Gorman recorded 28 points, 10 rebounds and 2 assists in their 5-point win. Two-point shots were Gorman’s strength, shooting 63.6 per cent.
The win over the weekend was the Cougars’ fifth of the season and Gorman has aided in their undefeated start.

Flames’ guard Devondrick Walker shocked the league with his shooting performance in Rockingham’s win over the Mandurah Magic on Friday night.
Walker showed up in front of his home fans and recorded 50 points including a massive 10 three-pointers and 5 rebounds.

NBL1 Central
North Adelaide Rockets: Riley Harrap
Rockets’ guard Riley Harrap impressed the NBL1 Central competition over the weekend as he scored 32 points in his 37-minute stint.
Harrap also recorded 10 rebounds and 4 assists in North Adelaide’s 102-89 win over the Eastern Mavericks at home. The 23-year-old was rolling through the game with an 88.9 two-point shooting percentage.
Harrap averages 20.4 points, 6.3 rebounds and 3.1 assists.

North Adelaide Rockets: Brooke Basham
A familiar name on the NBL1 Central’s stat radar this season, Brooke Basham was the highlight on Saturday in North Adelaide's 23-point win to the Mavericks.
Brooke recorded 26 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists. On the verge of a triple-double, Basham’s playmaking was what set her apart and led her team to a win.
The Rockets sit fifth on the ladder with an even 4-4 record.
