Ferguson, Burton headline Perry Lakes signings
The Perry Lakes Hawks have announced four new signings for the 2021 NBL1 West season, headlined by Andrew Ferguson (men) and Nat Burton (women).

The Perry Lakes Hawks have announced four new signings for the 2021 NBL1 West season, headlined by Andrew Ferguson (men) and Nat Burton (women).
Ferguson is currently in the midst of the 2020-21 Hungry Jack’s NBL season with the Perth Wildcats as a development player. He played for the Lakeside Lightning in the 2020 West Coast Classic (WCC) and averaged 14.6 points and 9.9 rebounds per game.
Burton is also coming off a campaign in the top flight, playing with the Sydney Uni Flames in the 2020 WNBL season. The former Australian Opal played 23.5 minutes per game in the WNBL season and has been with the Hawks since 2013. She amassed 15.0 points and 9.4 rebounds in the 2020 WCC.
In other Perry Lakes news, Megan McKay (women) and Rob Cassir (men) have signed with the club.
McKay played for the Townsville Fire in the 2020 WNBL season, averaging 7.3 points and 5.9 rebounds per game. Cassir returns to the Hawks, the club he has played for since 2013.
