Zoe Bassett back in Green for 2024!

The Chambers Franklyn City of Joondalup Wolves are excited to announce the signing of Zoe Bassett for the 2024 NBL1 West season!

Zoe is exceptional young leader who shows a determined attitude towards team success. In her time with the Wolfpack NBL1 squad, Zoe has always brought the extra energy to motivate the team and give them the extra push.

Working hard in the pre-season, Zoe will look to take her game another step further with the 2024 squad. Wolfpack fans will be excited to see Zoe play on Van Kailis Court, in her second season with the club!

Women’s Head coach Jesse Pence had this to say about signing Zoe:

“We are excited to add Zoe Bassett to our roster for the 2024 season. She’s a very experience player for her age and has a terrific basketball IQ. We look forward to seeing her in Green and White in 2024!”

When asked for a statement on her recent signing, Zoe said:

I’m honoured to be a part of the Wolfpack again this year and I’m excited to see this new group grow together and push towards our goals. I’m looking forward to continuing to develop and learn from my teammates, Jesse, Jonelle, and the Wolves coaching staff. I’m excited and ready to play in front of the best fans in the league and represent the club, maintaining our professional and competitive reputation. I love this diverse group of strong, determined women and couldn’t be happier to be playing alongside them in 2024.”

Zoe joins teammates Keisha Chng, Jasmine Kirby, Julia Chandler, Peanut Tuitele, Kyah Nichols, Dynn Leaupepe, Hannah Duncan, Jorjah Smith, Emma Clarke, Laniesha Paddon, Ella Thornton-Elliott, Sarah Toeaina and Darien Huff for the 2024 NBL1 West season.
