The Joondalup Wolves have announced the re-signing of Amber Land for the 2021 NBL1 West season.
The 6’2” American forward, who has now built a home for herself in Perth, has played college basketball at Eastern Michigan University and professionally in Europe.
Joining the Wolves in 2019, Land averaged 13 points at a 45 percent field goal average.
“I'm super excited to be back with Wolves in 2021," Land said.
"It was a no-brainer. With fantastic teammates, coaches and support staff, we are looking forward to building on our championship season.”
Wolves women’s coach Charles Nix shared his thoughts on Land re-signing for the NBL1 West season.
"Amber is an out and out professional and a highly respected member of our team. She's so strong and works extremely hard both in training and games and I'm ecstatic that she's staying with us for the inaugural NBL1 West season," Nix said.
