The Melbourne Tigers secured a 76-56 victory over the Diamond Valley Eagles on Tuesday night at Diamond Valley Sports & Fitness Centre. The Tigers put together a clinical performance, shooting at a much higher percentage than their opponents. Thomas Wilson dominated with a monstrous double-double of 33 points and 13 rebounds while dishing out eight assists. Melbourne's efficiency was clear on the stat sheet, converting 40.6 percent from the field and dominating inside with 34 points in the paint. Their ball movement was exceptional with 20 assists compared to Diamond Valley's 15. Despite the loss, Jock Perry put up solid numbers for the Eagles with a double-double of his own, recording 16 points and 17 boards.
