Showbiz partners with Ballarat Miners

Ballarat Miners are excited to announce a new partnership with Showbiz Cinemas, Ballarat. The partnership will see Showbiz join as its official Member Partner for the upcoming 2024 NBL1 South season.

Basketball Ballarat Partnerships & Marketing Manager, Chris Thornton was excited to partner with Showbiz stating “We are thrilled to be entering into a new partnership with Showbiz Cinemas and are looking forward to working closely with their team by engaging both our members and supporters within our community. With Showbiz offering families an opportunity for an outing together it makes perfect sense to partner with them as our Membership Partner, as we too look for families to attend our games together as well”.

Chris Jones, Managing Director of Showbiz Group, expressed how excited he was about the announcement today, stating “Showbiz Cinemas is delighted to come onboard this year as an official Member Partner of the Ballarat Miners. As a Ballarat-based company, with extensive ties to the local community - our partnership with Basketball Ballarat and the Ballarat Miners is one such way that we look to support the local community”.

Showbiz Cinemas is located out at Delacombe Town Centre, 315 Glenelg Highway, Smythes Creek, it is a leader in cinema entertainment and is also the ideal location to provide full digital conferencing, seminars, and other non-cinema events including live sporting telecasts.

Memberships for the 2024 NBL1 Season have gone on sale this morning with the first game commencing in late April.
