Sam Lubcke joins the Lightning

Sam is a sweet, gentle giant off the court and a battling beast on the court. Sam is a leader who brings a very professional mindset to every individual training session or team practice. As an Australian, her mental and physical approach to the game is second to none. She is the epitome for players to know there should be an attitude and behavioural change when a player steps across the line to enter a basketball court. Sam is a scorer who has a desire for offensive rebounding and is a phenom on the boards.

 

Sam’s overall on court experience will be important, and her playoff experience will be invaluable. As a Christian, Sam fits into the culture that we have established at Lakeside. We welcome her with open arms as I know she’s looking forward to playing for the exciting and inspiring Lakeside community.
