Rob Baker re-appointed as Head Coach for the Central Highlands Water Ballarat Rush Youth

Basketball Ballarat have re-appointed their head coach for the Central Highlands Water Ballarat Rush Youth team with Rob Baker recommitting to the team for the 2021 BigV Youth League.
Basketball Ballarat Director Cameron Moore was thrilled with the appointment.
“We are really excited that Rob has chosen to lead the Central Highlands Water Ballarat Rush Youth again in season 2021 after not having the opportunity to do so this year." Moore said.
"It is well known that Rob has a wealth of diverse coaching experience, however what stands out for me is his passion and care for our broader Rush program.
"Rob will strengthen our pathway through his willingness and desire to work with our Thrifty Ballarat Rush Junior Under-18 coach Rob Brown and the Selkirk Ballarat Rush NBL1 coach Eric Hayes. I am very much looking forward to what season 2021 brings with regard to our Rush program and Rob will play a critical role in its success.” Cam Moore ended with.

Rob Baker was excited to take on a new challenge in 2021.
"I am really looking forward to getting back into it after assisting Brendan last with year with the Miners which was a really good learning experience, and now really excited to be getting a hold of my own team and working alongside Eric Hayes with the senior rush girls as well to help develop the female program"
Basketball Ballarat is still awaiting clarification from Basketball Victoria in relation to how the 2021 BigV Youth League Championship Season will conduct and anticipate tryouts for teams to be completed in the new year.
