NBL1 Schedule Announced

With the announcement of the NBL1 schedule yesterday, the Ringwood Hawks will welcome some exciting challenges in 2021 but have arguably one of the toughest Schedules waiting for them when it all kicks off on April 17.

On a day where Victoria was plunged back in to a 5 day lockdown, the release of the NBL1 schedule has give Basketballers something to look forward to all across the Country with the first round of NBL1 South kicking off with a Super Saturday round. All teams will take the court with 9 great games including the Hawks heading to Eltham to renew the rivalry that goes back to the Big V days.

The Hawks will be facing some of the Countries best teams on their own courts including heading to Mount Gambier on the 1st May, Bendigo on July 18, Tasmania on the 23rd of July and Geelong at the Arena on August 14.

One of the seasons highlights for the Hawks will be 2 special home games in round 11 that will be held at Norwood College during the School holidays. The Hawks will host the Melbourne Tigers on Wednesday night June 30 and then will back up against Kilsyth 48 hours later on July 2.  The Hawks teams will wear special throwback uniforms that will carry the name of all the families that were part of the Hawks 2020 VJBL season that never was.
