The Mitsubishi Motors NBL’s annual First Nations Round will return for 2026, with a massive round of celebrating the rich history and culture of First Nations communities.
Our First Nations players, coaches, officials, and their communities will be recognised and celebrated in the annual round, which will kick off with a clash between the Ringwood Hawks and Frankston Blues on Tuesday June 30, and lead into NAIDOC Week (July 5-July 12)
First Nations community members are represented brilliantly across the country in NBL1, including players, coaches, referees, technical officials, and volunteers. First Nations Round is a chance for us to acknowledge and celebrate these individuals for their invaluable contributions to the competition.
Stay tuned to the NBL1 social media channels as we celebrate the rich history of our First Nations communities and the people within NBL1 who continue to represent those communities with pride.
