Ballarat Miner Millie Cracknell is heading to Alberta, Canada in the off-season and will join the Red Deer Polytechnic Queens.

Cracknell has been a great asset to the Miners this NBL1 season coming off the bench and providing on both ends of the court. She is now ready to tackle a new challenge.

Cracknell is excited about the new opportunity saying “I’m excited to take my basketball journey to the RDP Queens in Alberta, Canada.

This opportunity allows me to grow both on and off the court, while embracing the challenges and experiences that come with being part of a different culture and style of play. I can’t wait to make the most of this amazing experience. “

Cracknell will leave for Canada this weekend and then will look to return to Ballarat for the next NBL1 season. We wish her all the best on this great experience.
