Kendall & Turner Ready to Lead Casey Cavaliers’ Charge

Casey Basketball recently announced the appointments of Luke Kendall (pictured above) and Joe Turner as Head Coaches for the Casey Cavaliers' NBL1 teams for the next two seasons.

Luke Kendall will take charge of the Men’s team, bringing a wealth of experience to the club. He has worked as an assistant coach for the Sydney Kings and South East Melbourne Phoenix in the NBL, and also served as an assistant coach for the LA Clippers during the NBA Summer League.

As a player, Kendall competed in 173 NBL games, winning an NBL Championship and a Commonwealth Games Gold Medal. He was also named Coach of the Year in the Waratah League, now known as NBL1 East.

Casey Cavalier's NBL1 South Women's Head Coach Joe Turner

Joe Turner, with over a decade of coaching experience across SEABL, Victorian Championship, and Australian Championship programs, will step into the role of Women's Head Coach. Turner joined the Cavaliers in 2021 and previously served as the Head Coach of the Youth Champ Women’s team.
