Ballarat Miners Women - Head Coach Position 

About Basketball Ballarat:

Proudly providing the communities of Western Victoria with opportunities to participate in indoor sports for over 40 years, Basketball Ballarat has grown into a large-scale multi-sport organisation that it is today.

The organisation is based out of a state of the art $30 million 8 court indoor sports precinct, which boast a café, sports lounge, commercial gym, consulting suites and 3 outdoor 3x3 basketball courts. This, along with the privately owned 4 courts at the Minerdome provide the community of Ballarat and Western Victoria with all they need to participate in indoor sports.

Scope of Role:       

As the Head Coach of the Ballarat Miners NBL1 Women’s program, you will lead the senior women’s team and work with the Director of Coaching and Youth League to plan the coordination of the women’s program and oversee the Youth League and NBL1 teams.

To guide and implement the philosophy, performance standards and coaching strategies for these teams.
