Hawks Vjbl Team Announcements

To accept your position, please register in PlayHQ at https://www.playhq.com/basketball-victoria/register/f19443 by 5pm on Friday 26th November 2021.

• To pay fees in a single instalment and receive a $40 discount please use the 4AFBF5F4 voucher

• To pay fees in two instalments, use the 711D0061 voucher. Second instalments must be paid via EFT by Sunday 19th December 2021 (details to follow).

• If you have previously played for a different association in the representative program, you will be presented with an option to initiate a 'Transfer Request' when registering. This will trigger a process that requires an administrator of the your existing (source) club, a VJBL administrator, and an administrator at Ringwood (destination) club to approve or decline your transfer request. When all administrators of the relevant organizations approve the your transfer request, you can then proceed to complete your registration to Ringwood. Note: Under certain circumstances, the VJBL charges a player $22.00 to process their transfer request. VJBL staff will contact you directly to collect this payment before the VJBL processes your request.

 

Training commences on Sunday 21st November at the time stated in the announcements. Please print and sign the "2021-22 Player and Parent Agreement" and bring it to training. Contact Jeremy on 0425794606 to express interest in coaching roles marked as “Coach Required”.

 

If for any reason you decide not to accept your position with the Ringwood Hawks, we would greatly appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the position to an alternative player.
