Bears lead the charge as NBL1 talent floods NBL27

The NBL1 has established itself and built a reputation as a competition for aspiring athletes to work toward playing at the highest level of Australian basketball.

This year will see 58 athletes start the Hungry Jack's NBL27 Season on an NBL roster, with the Illawarra Hawks and Melbourne United leading the way.

Both teams have eight players who played NBL1 basketball on their roster this season, while the South is the most represented conference (20 players).

The Norths Bears will be flying the flag the most this NBL season, with five members of the NBL1 East champions facing opportunity in the League.
