Defensive Forward Jo Odude re-signs with the Pack

The Chambers Franklyn City of Joondalup Wolves are excited to announce the signing of Jo Odude for the 2024 NBL1 West season!
Jo Odude is a Wolves junior who improves every year, showing a determined effort to impact the game in any way she can on both ends of the floor. Starting in the first game of the season under Head Coach Jesse Pence, Jo provided a high defensive edge to the team, scoring 10 points and collecting 6 rebounds on the night. Wolfpack fans can continue to look forward to seeing Jo in Green this season on Van Kailis Court at HBF Arena!
Women’s Head coach Jesse Pence had this to say about signing Jo:
“Our Wolves coaches have recognised a consistent and dedicated off-season effort by Jo starting in November. Starting in the first game of the season Jo has shown a tenacious effort on both ends of the floor. We look forward to her continued development and the contributions she will make throughout the 2024 season.”
When asked for a statement on her recent signing, Jo said:
“I’m really excited about the crowds and the fans coming down to watch us play. We have the best crowd in the competition, and they always bring the energy and lift us up as a team. I’m also eager to work alongside Coach Pence, learning new things and honing my skills both individually and as a team player.”
Jo Odude joins teammates Keisha Chng, Jasmine Kirby, Julia Chandler, Peanut Tuitele, Kyah Nichols, Dynn Leaupepe, Hannah Duncan, Jorjah Smith, Emma Clarke, Laniesha Paddon, Ella Thornton-Elliott, Sarah Toeaina and Darien Huff for the 2024 NBL1 West season.
