BigV Youth Champ Head Coach Positions

Two Positions Available

• BigV Youth Champ Head Coach - x1 Women’s

• BigV Youth Champ Head Coach - x1 Men’s

The Head Coach [Women’s or Men’s] will develop and sustain a strong core group of athletes and coaching staff for the Youth [Women’s or Men’s] Program to competein the BigV Youth Champ. Whilst building a pathway for our Victorian Junior Basketball League athletes, the Youth Champ Program is a critical further pathway for players into the NBL1 South, this position must have a clear holistic vision of now and the future.

This position plays a key part in supporting the guiding and implement the philosophy, performance standards and coaching strategies for these teams.
