Basketball Ballarat announces major partnership extension with Peter Stevens MG

Basketball Ballarat will drive into the future in style after announcing an exciting major multiyear partnership extension with Peter Stevens MG.

Peter Stevens MG have extended their commitment to the Basketball Ballarat family and will continue to supply co-branded vehicles to the teams. The Peter Stevens MG brand will also continue to have a presence on both the elite teams on and off-court apparel – on the playing shorts of all juniors, youth and senior teams as well as across all other off pants and shorts.

Peter Stevens MG Director Matthew Newey was excited to extend the partnership on Friday when the new co-branded vehicles were launched.

“This year we’re thrilled to be continuing our partnership with Basketball Ballarat. Just like Peter Stevens MG, Basketball Ballarat is passionate about community and has big plans for the future, especially now the stadium is back in full swing.” Newey said.


“Playing our part as an active member of the community is extremely important to everyone at Peter Stevens Motorworld and we’re looking forward to a fantastic season for both the Miners and Rush.” Newey ended with.

After announcing the new 3 year partnership in 2019, and with a year left on the partnership, Peter Stevens MG have agreed to extend their partnership for an additional two seasons taking the relationship to at least the end of 2023.

The Hotondo Homes Ballarat Miners and Selkirk Ballarat Rush will hit the courts in the official Battle of the West on Friday April 9th as part of their Fan Day and Practice Games thanks to Stockland Wendouree. Doors open at 4pm with members and supporters getting the chance to meet the players, participate in pre-game activities with the women’s game tipping off at 6pm and men’s at 8pm when Mount Gambier travel to the Ballarat Sports Events Centre.
