Knox Raiders claimed a tight 88-84 victory over the Kilsyth Cobras on Saturday at the State Basketball Centre. The Raiders came out on top thanks to stellar performances from Sunday Dech and Brody Nunn. Dech dominated with 24 points on an efficient 56 percent shooting from the field, collecting five boards and snagging four steals. Nunn added 19 points, including a perfect 6-for-6 from the charity stripe, while dishing out six assists. Knox controlled the glass with a decisive 44-34 rebounding advantage and scored 42 points in the paint compared to Kilsyth's 28. Despite the loss, the Cobras showed fight behind Jamie Ahale's game-high 24 points, including four triples on seven attempts. Adrian Tomada contributed 19 points and five assists, while Corey Jeffs added 15 points and five boards.
